The Foundation's Masters in Trial programs are nationally recognized for trial demonstrations, primarily because attendees are able to see firsthand how the top trial lawyers in America operate in a courtroom.
The Civility Matters program is designed to be presented at ABOTA activities, other bar and professional programs, and especially, in every law school in the country. The programs feature firsthand lessons and experience from ABOTA members and are intended to instill values and standards that promote high regard for the legal profession.
Designed for second- through sixth-year trial attorneys, the program is an intensive week of student exercises and faculty critiques culminating in three simultaneous mock jury trials on the final day with each student playing a significant part in the trial preparation and presentation.
The next ABOTA National Trial College will be held in June 2020, applications are now open. Send completed applications to firstname.lastname@example.org.
