Mississippi Masters in Trial

This case involves the collision of a motorcycle and a SUV. The plaintiff claims the collision was the fault of the defendant's negligence, and claims to have sustained severe and permanent personal injuries. Defendant claims that on the day in question the plaintiff was operating their motorcycle at an excessive and unlawful rate of speed, while rapidly changing lanes, and also that the plaintiff was negligent , and that said negligence resulted in the collision. The case includes testimony from four expert witnesses, an accident reconstruction report, a collision report, company earnings statements, and medical records.  Whether you are a novice or seasoned trial lawyer, plaintiff or defense counsel this program will assist your in your next trial.
