Case: The Plaintiff was stopped at a red light and the Defendant hit her in the rear at approximately 10 miles per hour. She saw her family doctor and  was referred for physical therapy, cervical injections and rhizotomies. Her Physical Medicine doctor will testify that she will need rhizotomies for the rest of her life. The Defense claims that this was a low impact collision that did not cause structural damage to her neck.
